Eames has the most amusing taste in friends, doesn't he? At least, when they're not trying to kill him.

Hm, yes, I wonder what Arthur could be talking about when he says 'stay with me'. Does he mean stay with him in the moment, or something else? ;)

Ridiculous but also sweet is pretty much what I was aiming for with puppy play, so am glad it worked! And that you liked it, odd though it may have been.

Feelings abounded in this chapter, and more feelings will make their appearance in the next! As to how they will be handled--that remains to be seen.

It took me a long time to finish this chapter but it was completely worth it.

Puppy closes his eyes, wrapped in Arthur's praise. He wants Arthur to keep looking at him like that forever, he wants to tell Aiden what a terrible mistake he's made, he wants to never see Arthur frown again.

I really love this paragraph, especially when there's switching between Puppy and Eames. And this whole puppy play was very open and emotional (which I happened to love) than I expected. This is a wonderful chapter, thank you for writing it!

I loved the puppy play! I was curious about how you were going to play it and I found what you wrote incredibly sweet.

It was interesting that Arthur had to stave off his orgasm twice. The fact that he had to do it because Eames said something titillating shows how importance intimacy and sweetness is for him.

Eames graduating from "not being able to orgasm from penetration alone" to "having an orgasm from penetration" to "having two orgasms in one session" is pretty cool. I like that the sex is getting better. What you wrote before was hot, but the boys are having more fun together. It's nice.

Arthur is a bit of a secret romantic at heart. Not that he would ever admit it or ask for it, but deep deep down he enjoys the sappy stuff.

I'm happy you noticed the progression in their sex life! I wanted the sex to be a reflection of their relationship--the closeness, the intimacy, the playfulness or lack thereof. As their relationship changes, their sex life does as well. For the better, because they're more able to communicate and, frankly, care more about pleasing each other (rather than just trying to get themselves off as quickly as possible).
