A coda to Amuse-Bouche in which sex is had. Set about a year and a half into their relationship, before the Epilogue.
Inspired by motetus' fantastic art, which can be viewed here or at the end of the story.

( They're in the middle of rehearsal at the dance studio when Eames catches sight of a familiar herringbone jacket out of the corner of his eye. )

This fic us _exactly_ what I needed after a particularly hellish week at work. Reading this on my lunch break, actually, and something tells me the rest of today will go swimmingly! : D

I love the intimacy so prevalent throughout this episode. The kiss in the studio, Arthur sitting doing the crossword, his feet already washed, the patient way he waits for Eames to articulate what he wants and how he doesn't make a fuss when Eames presents a scenario instead being straightforward. LIVE! I just love everything about this! It's sexy and sweet and endearing and I can't stop smiling! Thank you, bauble! Thank you so much for writing and sharing this!

Writing a real sense of tenderness and intimacy is one of my favorite aspects of writing established relationship stories. UST is fun in its own way, but intimacy is rarer to see and very interesting to write.

Eames is completely smitten, and so is Arthur, really :) They're quite sweet to each other and around each other, face-fucking and kinky sex included ;)

They are both just so gorgeous, I love it.

"We're both too hot," Eames says, the way he curls up into Arthur's shoulder contradicting his words.
"Deal with it in the morning," Arthur slurs, rather nonsensically. Eames opens his mouth to reply, but drifts off to sleep instead.
That was genius *squeeee* <3

Off to see if I did read the whole thing. *kind of hopes I didn't* :D
