OOC: Morgan's Hardware

In the interest of keeping things short and sweet, the bullet points, I will be using them.

Derek will be opening a hardware store at 23 Sphinx Street. What can you do with this fun new addition to the island?

• get supplies for home improvements (ala Home Depot)
• get tools and supplies for projects (ala sets for the play, making booths for an event, spray paint for whatever)
• custom made/augmented furniture (he does do carpentry)
• contract Derek for home repair (plumbing, walls, electric work, window install, etc.)
• or home renovation (taking out a room, restoring a bathroom, etc.)
• stare at the pretty

The store will also be hiring as soon as it opens it's doors, so those with new characters or people in search of a job, do feel free to come on by.
