They said that his heart and lungs all seemed good but confirmed that he had fleas. I paid for de-worming medicine just in case, and bought some KMR. He's been fine lapping up the KMR, and he's eaten some wet food as well when I've mixed it in with the KMR, but lately he seems not to want the wet food at all, and just to want the KMR. I mean, I guess he is pretty young. But his last poop was especially mooshy and gross and then he stepped in it (ew ew ew). And I was thinking that maybe that was from the more liquid diet? So I'd like for him to ear more solid food but I can't make him, obviously. At least he's using his litter pan almost all of the time now. Earlier, he started mewing this distress mew and pawing at the ground so I put him in his litter pan and yep, sure enough he needed to poo (that was the mooshy one).

He's been very bitey. That's normal, right? I've been taking my hand away when he bites, or giving him a very small bop on the forehead.

Over the weekend, my friend Matt and I washed him and picked off all the fleas we could find. There were, like, 30 fleas at least. I haven't noticed any since.

I'm thinking that I'm going to get him a bigger litter pan, just in case that makes it easier for him to not step in his poo. Also, he keeps getting little bits of gross stuck to the area around his butt, and also gets food gunk stuck around his face. So I try wiping him with a warm wet cloth and that seems to help, but sometimes stuff is really stuck in there.

Sometimes I feed him and he doesn't eat all that much and I worry that he'll get hungry later but I have to go and I take away the dish anyway because I don't want him to spill it but then I think maybe I should have left the dish.

His belly feels really big compared to his little legs. That's normal, right? For him to have a fat little belly?

I took him to Falls Road Animal Hospital initially but then I was at a pet store the other day to pick up some things and I mentioned Falls Road and she was like "Not giving any details, but you know there ARE other vets. Just in case you wanted to, like, go to a different vet." Is Falls Road not good?

ADD!!!

Any thoughts?
