Merwees PART 2!

If you haven't read my first entry about Merwees you may want to. Here is the link: http://battycollector.livejournal.com/588.html

Now on to the excitement!! Look what I got!!!!

gaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Love love love love love love lovidy love LOVE!
I can't even believe I actually own a Merwee NRFB! It's so exciting! I've missed out on two other Merwees auctions, but I'm ok with that because I wanted this one more than those.
Here's a closeup of the Merwee:

You can't really tell in the picture, but her hair is a strawberry blonde color with a light sea foam green streak.
Now here is the back of the box:

Here are some closeups of pictures on the back:

I am absolutely so completely IN love with the artwork done for the box. I can only dream up what the other Merwees might have looked like in illustrated form!

One of the main reasons I SUPER wanted this boxed one was so that I could see what other Merwees playsets exist. I love every single one of them!

And of course there is the Rainbow Waterfall:

Now, even though I couldn't win the other Merwees that have recently sold on ebay I am very happy to announce that an online friend of mine, xicey6969 has won the others that I did not! Here are the ones she snagged:

She won the above 3 Merwees and 2 playsets in one lot and also won the following separately. This is the image I stole from the ebay auction:

Icey also managed to find one on a New Zealand bidding site, unfortunately we couldn't bid since we live in the US. The strange thing about this one though is that the Merwee is completely different from any shown on the box. Perhaps she is just the white version of the African American one that is shown on the box. However, if that is true then why wouldn't she be the same just with a different skin color? Anyway, here is the picture I snagged from that auction:

So it's definitely been a very exciting time for me lately with all these Merwees popping up! Lets hope the trend continues! Please do let me know if you've got some Merwees for sale or if you have some of your own you'd like to show me, I'd really love to see them!
And as always, you can see even more pictures of my Merwees at my flickr.
