This was a sweet way to end this arc. One thing I appreciate is how they both behave like adults which leaves Yuri and Greta as the only kids. I also like the part where Wolfram asks him to describe the past lives and then threw in a "if you wish" when he remembered that Murata didn't like to talk about past lifetimes. Looking forward to the Sage arc.

Thanks for the input. I wanted Wolfram to be curious -- but to realize that it may be pushing it to ask Murata to do such a thing. Having Murata open up to him is essentially a set up for them to become more friendly with each other. Chapter 10 will deal with Yuuri *wink*.

It really is -- though the next chapter is a bridge one, I try to show how that friendship develops.

And I've never seen Casablanca, but by that one line something tells me that someone, somewhere, is slashing those two. LOL.

And the way Wolfram handled this was expecially sweet and caring and thoughtful.
I liked it how Murata confessed to being the masked man or how he thought he was it.

Thi whole chapter made me smile.
