what time is it?
I am up and out of bed entirely too early today. Damn dog! She was groomed yesterday. She spent the whole day there until I could pick her up after work. One would think she'd be tired. Apparently not. She was ready to go at 5am this morning. I yelled at her which held her off until just before 6am. So here I sit now sipping my coffee and catching up on world events via my little laptop. I would turn the tv on, but it's a big static mess again. I'm seriously thinking about cancelling my cable after the baseball playoffs are over. I watch mostly just L&O re-runs anyway. Well that and all the forensic programs, which I've seen 80 times each as well. Is it necessary to keep watching them? This would be one of the reasons I have trouble getting things done. I watch too much crap, repeatedly. So I'm also pretty sure I'm canceling my high speed internet. I'm going with dial up. Sure I'll have to change my habits a bit, but I really don't do a whole lot online any more either. Cutting these two expenses will save me a good chunk of change too. That will come in handy since it's almost time to turn the heat on.
I'm not sure what I'm doing today. I've had some phone issues. My battery was dead and then last night I went to bed early, but got no call from Paul. He probably struggled to get the kids in bed and then fell asleep. I'm hip to his game. Last I knew there was going to be a movie involved today for Sayde's Birthday. I know Maranda's contacts are in, so I'm thinking he probably made her an appointment for today as well. I guess I'll know soon enough. He'll probably call me as soon as he's out of the barn. At the moment though I just really want to be back under my electric blanket. It was sooooo toasty there. Stupid dog! I wonder if I can train her to refill my coffee...
