02. Best friend - Arion Rosemariné is his official bff, but he likes Gilbert about as much
03. Sexuality - ...well. Bisexual, probably leaning toward men, in laymen's terms. He has been sexually attracted to both genders... but thanks to the way he was raised and his generally romantic idealism, he doesn't really... think or do anything about most of that. (He thinks he's supposed to just fall for one person and marry her, I mean.) The only people he has really acknowledged his attraction to are Gilbert and Rosemariné, and in both cases they're not people he should be in a relationship with, so they're both pretty repressed attractions.
TL;DR HE'S PROBABLY BI BUT HASN'T HAD ANY GIRLS HE'S LIKED LIKE THAT, AND HE MOSTLY MASTURBATES TO ROMANCE NOVELS ANYWAY.

Seriously, though, if his love life was normal? Very intelligent, wouldn't demand much of him, appreciated tea and books, Catholic, and cared for their own family as well as for his. And rich, of course.

08. Last sexual experience - Canon!Jules is taken from early in the series, so it was with the NPC girl. She was the older daughter of a friend of him mother, and he had no idea what he was doing. The experience made him decide that he'd never sleep with someone he didn't love again, because the awkwardness and confusion with a stranger wasn't worth it.
SH!Jules did that and then more recently banged Gilbert, lol canon.
