I gotta say, that was cooler and more action-packed than I was expecting. I really dug what I saw. :)
Can't wait for more info... C'mon, SyFy, give us the goods! (And don't screw this up!)

When I saw the CGI I was like... "Well... this definitely looks like a SyFy movie..."

My reaction was the same as yours. It looks really exciting but some of the effects were mindbogglingly... bad. And I don't like them using Immigrant Song so quickly after it was used universally for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.

Cautiously optimistic, though! And young Husker is hot...

They used Immigrant Song just for the convention it was aired at...and then someone leaked it onto the net. They don't have rights to the song at all, so there's a DMCA takedown in the works from SyFy. They're supposedly *highly* perturbed that it got out.
