If the bridge structure is the Brooklyn Bridge, as people have suggested, the Statue of Liberty would be off to the left of that view - even off to the left of where Adama and Roslin were standing in the first clear shot of them standing there.

Plus, that figure doesn't look quite right to me - the "down" arm is in the wrong position.
