Things have gotten complicated in the home front but it's always like that so I really shouldn't complain.
I've been hiding from the world mostly to conserve money. I've found this one cute house in the Lakes and its on the end and backwards. All the houses face North, it faces South. So essentially it has one neighbor and it kinda makes you think it's in it's own street. It's kinda small but do I really need a large house? But because it' odd possition there might be loss of appreciation and other complications, if I need to sell it. Plus it's been sitting on the market for a while but I think its because the former owners divorce and it's built over broken dreams and whatnot.
Do you think it's bad that I've started to look at obituaries to see if I can get a really kick-a house? I knew this lady that bought her house from this couple that murdered their accountant due to a really kinky love triangle. She got it for a steal and, except for having to clean out their kinky personal effects, everything was fine. She even got to keep their furniture. (I wouldn't wear their clothes like she did but still.)
But then I found another two other houses. One will hold up beautifully over the year for property value. Its green and perfect, like a Disney mainstreet. But I fear a Home Owners Association is part of it since the community's gated. I want a house so I don't ever have to deal with neighbors besides saying where they can stick things. Not a combative or bad neighbor but when you sign a contract that expressly gives other the permission to get up in your business, there is a problem with that. I hear they always give ppl crap about their beogenvillas plants even in winter.
The other house is 20 years old but bigger than my lil oddball gem. But would anyone else want a 35+ year house when I sell it if I sell it in 15+ years.
I've already started to plan my landscape and I think I'll raise exotic chickens. Just 4 of them or so. Freerange. A couple of Hamburgs, a Spitzhauben, an Andalusian, and a Campine... that's probably it. Also I'm going to take up canning and food dehydrating. If you guys haven't noticed, I'm a bit of a plotter.
I found this video and I'm wondering if I should share it with the Hetalia fans. But unfortunately I'd have to go back through months of com spam to see if I'm repeteing others.
If you guys haven't seen this, you've got it. These guys got mad props since the production values are so good. I watched the non-parody version and I prefer this one. See it to the finale. Thomas Jefferson in guy-liner.
