I made a county quiche the other day so now I show it to you!

It was very tasty.

Country Quiche
5 large eggs
2 tbs of flour
2tbs of milk
1/4 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup shape chedder
mushrooms(I just eyed how many) sliced
4 slices bacon( cooked and crumbled)
Broccoli cuts(I eyed this as well)
One roll out dough for 9 inch pie pan(one of these days I'll experiment with making my own crust)
Herbs to taste...used thyme and chives

Mix eggs, flour, milk together. Then blend in cheese, bacon, mushrooms, and broccoli, herbs as well.

Pour mixture into you pie pan that has the crust already pushed into it.

Place in oven....bake until firm in middle and slightly golden brown on top.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
