[When the feed opens, you can see Cynthia and Garchomp standing side by side, in what appears to be the greenhouse - or what once was the greenhouse, considering there are big blocks of ice everywhere. It only takes one motion of her hand, though, and the Pokemon follows her unspoken command, casting a mild Flamethrower attack over the wannabe

It's... frozen solid, actually. It's so strange...

Is there anyone in the city that has powers like that?

Not that I know of. But that you've mentioned it, it's possible this might the result of a chip removal.

That's true. Maybe we should ask Cube who's had their chip out recently.

That's a start. Although there might be more people performing those removals, so it's possible Cube won't know, either.
