Linus? Pfft!
I am currently downloading Ubuntu and will be installing it shortly. It's scary. I know noting about linux.
From what I've read, Ubuntu is pretty user friendly so it should be a good place to start for me.

Update1: Ok.. It's all installed.. Took about 45 minutes. (scratching head) Now what?
Update2: Dude... The Ubuntu forums rock. They're full stupid people new people like me, so I don't feel like an idiot trying to find out why my user doesn't have access to the mkdir command (pfft). Hello!? It's a basic command! I need to make directories!
