So what's the deal with the whole rioting in France thing? Can somebody fill me in? It's on like day 11 now.
From what I've got so far:
1. Police were chasing somebody.
2. Kids thought police were chasing them (but they weren't)
3. Kids hide in some high voltage thing and die.
4. People riot.
What am I missing?
