:D Whatever you want to do to Akito or Envy, do it. ♥ Akito's not exactly shooting fire out of his hands powerful, but he has quite a bit of physical ability (packed into a tiny body, he's so small :c).

Envy is uh... 200 yearsish old (and he doesn't look a day over 20, how's that for good face cream?!) but hey :D he's an almost immortal shapeshifting monster in disguise. What's not to love? LOL.

Hisoka is capable of making allies with sufficiently powerful evil people that's something almost like friendship but not really because he'll kill them if they mess with his interests. Potential with Envy?

Hisoka is not allowed to creep on Killua. Totally. I'm super serial.

But yes. Killua, Hitsugaya, Ling (I doubt would interest him), and Kamui are all fair game when it comes to leering, stalking, fighting, anything short of death. In fact, it's very likely that Kamui will end up creeping on Hisoka.

I don't have anyone that young, or young-looking. But I do have Kenpachi, who has some ability. Carmen's got an interesting ability, but I don't know who would draw him, really. I guess what I'm saying is that you're free to creep as he will or won't in regards to mine.

... okay. I'm probably going to get killed on a couple of different fronts here, but I'm in desperate need of doing something with this kid, and Hisoka, though I don't the sliding scale of exactly how strong he is, seems strong enough to give Kotarou some trouble, at the very least.

Kotarou needs something to knock him out of his comfort zone, give me something out of the ordinary to deal with, with him. And, uh, I'm a horrible person but a knock-down-drag-out-fight complete with mindfuck would be just the thing to do that.

Definitely. :) on the sliding scale, Hisoka is probably comfortably the second-strongest person in-verse (after the president), here is a link to his powers- just scroll down.

He's pretty badass, crafty, and has never been put into a situation in-series where he's been forced to go all out. Kotarou sounds like exactly Hisoka's type, and because he prefers to allow the fruit to 'ripen' before picking it, he likely wouldn't kill him.

But Hisoka is a stalker-type. If he takes an interest in Kotarou, he won't be shaken off it easily.

Eeeeexcellent. Even if he weren't a creeper, Kotarou would want to fight him.

The kid mainly loses in the series, but it's a little unfair to judge his strength based on that alone, it's mainly to show the insane power of the people he goes up against. When he first appears he's incapacitated by Negi by lightning.

Here is a little bit of what he's capable of. Unfortunately you don't see much before the canon point he's pulled from, but he's done a stupid amount of training since then, and at the time I wrote the application, he's revealed a lot of more of what he was capable of, even back then

Sounds awesome. And Hisoka will be just that much more interested if Kotarou does rough him up. :) He'll be coming in on the event, and I'd like a little bit of time for him to settle in first, but we can get it started after that?

I don't know if you know DGM but Rhode looks about twelve, and is quite powerful. He's more than free to creep on or stalk or whatever, in fact, she's somewhat used to creepers, being one herself, and her "father" being his own brand of special creep, she might even like him.

Only thing is right now she's pretending to be a normal little girl with no powers.

From what I've seen of her, he'll probably show an interest once she comes out of hiding or he finds out about her. :)
