He is a sharp-shooter.
He uses a revolver to do what he does.
He's left-handed.
More about Endo:
He's supposed to be the embodiment of 'Fate.' (As in, the result of everything and anything eventually.)
He's Dice's older brother. (Dice is 'Hope' )
And everytime Dice hopes for something, he decides if it is strong enough and makes it happen (or not).
Endo is also the one who trained Cen how to use his gun.
More about that "orange thing":
The "thing" Cen is aiming at is 'Burden' in it's true form.
