FACEUP PROCESS
Let's work together!
1.) PM me with the Order Form.
2.) I will confirm and reserve your slot and send you my details and requests.
Please understand that I have the right to refuse a commission for a reason I deem appropriate.
3.) I will inform you once you can send your head.
Please give me your tracking number as soon as you do.
4.) I will notify you on when I receive the head/s.
5.) I'll send you a PM once I am finished with 45% progress.
Please give your comments and I will proceed with 85% completion.
6.) I'll PM you with 85% completion.
Please note that at this stage acrylic paint has been put in, and changes are not reversible for anything that is painted.
7.) I will finish the head/s upon your approval and PM you with 100% finished photos which cannot be changed, except for eyelash removal.
(However this will still be charged as the lashes have been used.)
8.) After payment, I will notify you and send off your head/s.
9.) I do give feedback for you on Den of Angels. Please request or remind me if I fail to! ^o^;
IF:
• You are not happy with the faceup at 45% stage, I'll redo for free.
• You are not happy with the faceup at 85% stage, I will charge 20USD for a redo.
• You are not happy with the faceup when complete, I will charge 45USD for a redo.
• You refused a redo as it doesn't work for you, I will apologize (of course), wipe off my work and send the head back blank. ^o^ ;;; (This has never happened though, hopefully never does. *cries*)
• The head arrives not as declared (with modification when you indicated none, etc.) - I reserve the right to decline if I feel I cannot work on the resin's surface justifiably.
• IMPORTANT: Please declare ALL damage!
DISCLAIMER:
When sending Internationally, to whatever country near or far, you are ALWAYS taking a risk.
I have never lost a package in the mail. Only gotten delays.
However, if a package does get lost for whatever reason, please understand that I cannot be responsible for the mistakes of the post offices - but I will try my best to coordinate with you and the post offices to resolve the problem entirely to the best of my abilities. That is a promise.
