Well, it's my Sunday. Yes, I know it is really Thursday but unless you have a schedule like mine you wouldn't understand fully. Anyway... got quite a bit done today, most of which included paying bills and the like. Always fun stuff.
We got transferred over our new contractor and are now starting our second month with them. I am still withholding an opinion on them... so far they seem to be a lot better than the previous ones, but believe me when I say that is not saying much at all. The new company is already giving me a hard time about giving me my vacation time next month even though I've told them flat-out I'm going because I have a non-refundable plane ticket. They also have not given us a set method of how paycheck stubs are going to be sent to us and when they will arrive, so I never know if my money is in the bank or correct until I'm actually able to call them on the day of the deposit. Not cool... it's nice to know ahead of time what's coming your way, especially when it concerns finances.
In other news, my right ear is giving me fits. I'm blaming it on the humidity and the heat we've been having lately down here. And the residual smoke we've been getting from the county forest fires is not helping anything... you walk outside and it looks as hazy as I imagine NYC looks on a busy day in midsummer. I'd love to make it down to Disney on one of my days off and spend some time down there... money and weather are always a factor, though, so perhaps next week or the week after it'll be a possibility.
Not a lot much else to bother with, except to let you browse some quiz results that are from lack of anything better to do at the moment. Ta-ta.
