So, as someone who has pretty much gone away from paper billing, let me warn Capital One customers that they only send warnings that they are going to close your account via snail mail. They just closed my 20 year old account based on a fee they applied when I thought my balance was zero (which then became late fees and such) and didn't bother notifying me via e-mail or phone. so much for 20 years of loyal patronage. you have lost me as a customer, someone who was around before the vikings were.
