i hate being sick on weekends more
i hate being sick on holiday weekends even more than that!
scratchy throat the last two days has blown up today into my uvula being 3 times its normal size. i can barely swallow and i sound like a muppet.
i missed all sorts of fourth of July events i wanted to go to, and will probably see no fireworks tonight.
i am gargling hydrogen peroxide and taking anti-biotics but if this doesn't start feeling better soon, i will have to go to a doctor tomorrow, which would mean canceling a fun gathering with my office-mates which we have already canceled 2 times this year.
did i mention i hate being sick?
