Ghosts or Poltergists?!

OK so alot of you may know (some not at all) I live on Civil War battle grounds. When I was like 6 or 7 I was down stairs getting a shirt and Ghost writter type this (The Ghost writter from TV) came out from under the stairs to the basement and started coming at me... then a couple weeks after that Heather had a shadow of somthing dancing on her walls... The volume on the Radios and TV's go up... All that has happend at my house a couple of years ago since I was 6 or 7 then after all that happened for like 3 years nothing happened... Then within the past year, Rachael got touched by a Ghost... I swear pictures and thing with eyes and following me. Lights and tv's that were off turn on, if they're on then they turn off...Then the other day I swear there was a soilder in the Middle of the road when I went home. I am like so scared lmao because I'm waiting to like see a soilder walking past me.
