well, I do know of a fic or two that are *kinda* up the alley you're looking for.
1bad_joke wrote two parts of a fic series, including "Full Exposure" http://batmanjoker.livejournal.com/546285.html#cutid1 and "Withdrawal" http://1bad-joke.livejournal.com/10070.html#cutid1 It's not Bruce going to the dark side because of *Joker*, per se, as much as Bruce just...going to the dark side. And running into Joker, and tons of twistedly enjoyable shit going down in that direction. :) Really, if you're looking for good B/J fic, period, you can't go wrong with any of her work. I highly recommend her fic.
Anyway, I think also at one point messageredacted wrote "To be edgeless again" http://messageredacted.livejournal.com/18633.html and its sequel "Where the pavement is cracked beyond repair" http://messageredacted.livejournal.com/26927.html This story, once again, is not Bruce falling to the dark side BECAUSE of Joker, directly. The premise is a split-personality of Bruce Wayne as a serial killer and Batman attempting to catch the guy without realizing it's himself, then Joker gets involved and things spiral into awesomeness from there. Once again, anything from messageredacted is kickass. I've yet to read everything they've written, but I've also yet to find one that wasn't absolutely jaw-droppingly amazing from them, either. If you're interested.
It's interesting you mention this sort of fic, because I've been meaning to write something to that effect myself at some point, so maybe I'll get started on a certain plot bunny of mine that involves, as you said, Joker bringing Batman to the dark side. It'll be fun ^.^
Once again, not sure if those fic premises were exactly what you're looking for, and I haven't read every Batman/Joker fic on the internet so there's definitely some out there that I haven't come across, but I hope I was at least somewhat helpful :/

And I must agree with zombieboyband, there really isn't much Batman falling to the /total/ dark side very often. Perhaps out of our innate need to see good triumph over evil, but it's far more common to see Joker brought up than to see Batman brought down. Not that that's a total bad thing, but idk. Much the same psychology plays into bottom!Joker showing up far more often than bottom!Bruce, among other reasons. Idk. Just something I've noticed.
But for the main reason I remembered to reply: I am currently working on a new multi-chap fic called "Chaos Theory." It's been two chapters so far, but the first takes place nearly halfway through the plot and the second is more a prologue than anything, so things haven't gotten going just yet. But in this fic, Bruce falls. A LOT. And pretty much every major and minor character in BB/TDK falls too. A LOT.
