So, uh, overlithe wrote these amazing genderswitchy drabble things a whiiile ago. This made me really want more femme!Batsy in the world, with the Joker still being a dude, because I think it would be facinating to see how much things would not change. Like, similar style dialouge--or the same dialouge!--wouldn't even seem subtexty anymore, and everyone would assume that the male criminal obvs had a crush on the bangin' vigilante. I feel like the Joker would either find this explaination boring or really hilarious...uh. Not that I'm hitting my lofty ambitions here; the idea deserves to be a full on multi chapter epic and this is short and rushed, but there you go. I might explore further; I might have gotten it out of my system.
I also TOTALLY STOLE the roses idea from overlithe, so, apologies. I hope that's okay. Um...uh...the Joker also has a thing for rose petals in Batman R.I.P.? Justifications! Excuses! Anyway.
