OMG!! Funny how you should mention that, because when I wrote the scene with Joker's back to Batsy and doing the old 'bump-and-grind', my inspiration was the scene from RHPS in the "Planet, Schmanet, Janet" song, where he's doing the uhh....same thing, to Janet. It got stuck in my head and I was like "THAT'S IT!! I'm exploiting it and making it worse!"
So I did. XD
Oh, and that's also why I chose to put it in a dream, cuz then at least I didn't have to try and write some elaborate explanation as to why he was dressed as he was, and since dreams take you to all kinds of weird places, no explanation was needed....Well, except that Bruce needs to hop on the band wagon and follow through, if ya know what I mean...and I think you do. >B] (But I love your musical idea, and am also thinking of randomly doing it....clearly throwing logic out the window screaming)
