Fan-Art
I thought this might be an apropriate place to ask, since theres a heavy dose of fan-art on this community :P But yeah.. What programs are we all using? *Doesn't like the sound of paying loads for CS4/3* Annnnnd, when making pics, do people start them on the program, or draw them out and scan them first D: I'd appreciate the help :)
