There was once a dinosaur named Cliff who needed to bake a cake for his grandmother. He needed flour for this cake, so he went to the store to buy some. When he got there, however, a caveman was buying the very last bag. So Cliff got mad, and followed the caveman home to his cave. In his state of anger, Cliff built a catapult and launched himself at the cave but he missed. He landed on an iceberg far, far away, and thanks to the second ice age, he became frozen and was locked in time for millions of years.
After a long time had passed, the ice around Cliff melted and he found himself in a future world at a community law school. He studied books and cases for years and years, and became the world’s first unfrozen dinosaur lawyer. Although he was a simple dinosaur, he was a very popular lawyer.
One day, at a historical museum, he saw the caveman that took his flour so many years ago. He went crazy and attacked all the people in the museum, breaking through the wall and into the street. (He was a T-Rex, if I didn’t mention that earlier. It’s important.) He started to destroy the city, smashing into buildings and crushing cars. All the destruction made him miss his prehistoric days. Part of him loved doing paperwork and being a lawyer, but part of him wanted to eat all the running, screaming people. He knew there was only one thing he could do: give into his instinct and build an even bigger catapult that would shoot him so far into the future he would end up back in the past.
Once he arrived back in the past, he destroyed his catapult so he would never make the mistake of going to the future again. Now he could finally finish the cake he was baking for his grandmother, if only he could find flour. Luckily, before he returned the past he thought to grab a bag of flour. He baked the cake and decorated it nicely. It was the best cake his grandmother had ever tasted. They all lived happily ever after in their prehistoric time.
