the first family renion was really cool. we spent time on the lake. we even had our own verson of "Survivior" which was funny. my team,"the Kamakazee Gophers" (since the gogpher is the minnisota state animal) won! it was sad anf really funny.
the reunion was fun aside from the big drama of uncle brent's antisocialness. it made us all sick including me; we would all be on the deck drinking and having fun and he would be down by the lake swinging his stupid golf club. he didn't participate much in Survivior or even notice that his son bennet was hurt during one of the events. due to that and other recent events surrounding brent and them, and brent's general behavior, bennett will move in w/ my aunt Janine which is a very good thing.
i got to the point where i stopped talking to him because of things he said to me and the way he was acting. he's so concervitive and there's nothing wrong with that but he's just very controlling and old fashioned; it's either his way or the highway. anyway i haven't had a chance to vent about him since it happened so sorry for the rant. other then brent, the first reunion was really fun. i got to ride the jet ski which is my favorite ::does Toriesque revving motion with hands::
i'm @ the second reunion now in Salida Colorado with my mom's side of the family. it's been cool so far. i'm at aunt Nancy's right now which is always a fun place to be. there are sooo many little people running around though! and i'm only ok with kids but it's been ok sso far. little max is adorable, even i think so. he's so cute, crawling around and stuff. and he's so curious and smiles alot of the time. he doesn't really know me that well though so he wasn't very enthusiastic about me holding him earlier but it's ok.
