the only slightly tragic events of yesterday
so my mom and i went out getting stuff for our trip (we leave today for minnisota fam. reunion.)we went to Yankee Trader, where they have tons of crap (fun stuff like mardi gras beads, fake tatoos, funky hats and tons of other fun crap) we bought a wizard hat and stuff for the kids @ the reunion. i bought some mardigras beads, tatoos and my favorite things were the short black gloves i got for 3.50, i got them because the reminded me of Trent in "March of The Pigs" so yesterday i was listning to it with the gloves on because i am just that silly. then we went to this plant store to look at gargoyles. i've wanted a new one since Jim was fatally injured at skool. so we finally found some after looking all over the goddamn city. this one remined me of the beast from beauty and the beast he's cute but very sad. and he's solid cement so it should be fun moving him.
the tragic events:
1. the piano people came for the piano. it was a Wirlitzer upright and i had gotten attatched to it. we even had the lovely M&G pics of Tori sitting on top.
2. Jodie took the new car out with some friends last night. she came home in tears because she had tapped bumpers with another car. you can't even really notice it unless you're looking for it but she still felt horrible.
anyway, that's life
