hokay, so. i spent the weekend up in Massachusetts.
and boy did i learn a lot this weekend.
let's get this one out of the way.
Dear ______,
thanks for talking so much shit about me behind my back. haven't you figured out by now that if you say something about someone, it's usually going to get back to them? duh. whatever. i'm over it. just, please, mind your own business and worry about yourself.
next on the list.
our family needs some serious help. and i'm not just saying that.
this weekend was a disaster.
friday night was great, as a matter of fact. it was just me, federica, mom, nonno, nonna, aunty leo, & russ. we were all just hanging out, and i hung out with fed all night and we talked about soooo much.
last night. let the show begin.
francesca comes home with her friend and they were running around and being stupid, calling boys, etc. that night at dinner, they're like, "we're not sneaking out and going to the party. it's too risky. besides, it got canceled and was last night."
i should have caught it then and there, because looking at that sentence, it made no sense.
long story short, after dinner, federica & i went upstairs and talked for hours. i really hadn't noticed that two hours had gone by. in that time, aunty leo came in and was like, i let francesca & alex go for a walk back and forth between the houses. and as soon as she said that we knew they took off. anywho, long story short, two hours later, all the aunts and uncles are running around, including nonno & nonna [grandpa & grandma] looking for them. they pull up in a truck with some guy, aunty leo starts chasing the truck, nonna starts running, trips and falls on the sidewalk. her glasses got all screwed up, scratched up her face, and we found out tonight that she broke her hand and has a bunch of fractures all up and down her arm to her elbow. excellent.
it was a mad house. everyone was screaming, me and federica were like... uhhhh.
this kid never learns. never.
anywho. that has been the story of the weekend. and will continue to be the story of the week considering nonno & nonna go back to Sicily friday afternoon. what a way to end vacation.
on the bright side, i had an excellent time with Federica.
she opened up sooo much to me. and i'm so glad she did.
i love her to death. and i swear, last night in those two hours, i learned more about her life than i did in the two years that we lived together.
i hope we can have more of those nights. <3
oh and i checked my email today and nicktober sent me a wicked funny comment on myspace. i just may have to go to the show in the 2nd now, just to see him. :)
anywho.
tomorrow is back to class.
but for now i'm gonna read kevin's script. it's called "Shells" and i've read about 16 pages so far. it's set in ancient egypt but switches back and forth to New York in the 80s and some other times... it's kind of confusing right now, and pretty twisted lol but i really like it so far.
i hope one of the agencies he sent it to will pick it up :)
aight, i'm out.
