bright and early thursday morning i leave for vinalhaven, this tiny island off the coast of maine. i'm visiting lenora&family and soaking up two and a half weeks of real summer-swimming and wandering barefoot everywhere and having tea parties and weird craft projects and maybe even some lobster fishing. and also, apparently, girls' night 'cause lenora says the island boys are getting on her nerves.
