the holiday is practically here and I'm excited.
I still have to finish Mom's cozy scarf. This yarn is so soft and bumpy it's fantastic.
This is the first time in a long time that I've been this excited for x-mas. I'm feeling all bubbly and good-cheer-y in the way they are in movies where it's better to give than to recieve. Seriously, I mean getting presents is fun, but I'm so much more excited to give my mom her scarf and Joe his presents (I'm gonna be super sneaky about one of them!) and just dress up and go to family parties and NOT school!
Speaking of school: thoroughly worried about the fact that I'm not registered for classes yet and I was supposed to know by today at the latest about my Journalism major and I have NOT heard anything. fuck.
I did, however, finish my IRTS application so that's good. I didn't get in last year, so I'm trying AGAIN! It's basically a paid internship in the city, but there's more to it. Lisa did it last year and it seems cool, but not living in Jersey would be different. I'm pretty sure at this point I'll be living on Hardenberg again next year. Hopefully with little Melissa. She's fantastic for living with.
I'm bored. I'm gonna go watch bad TV now.
