I wish I could say "Sorry, Leah, but I'm going to have to leave this meeting early." but I can't. I have nothing against the people who can, but it's frustrating to hear it from all sides and feel trapped. I don't know what else to do but shut down and get really frustrated with my network cable constantly telling me it's unplugged WHEN IT'S NOT.

and I could have been doing work now instead of sitting here making lists and freaking out
and I could have spent Sunday night working on more class stuff but instead I roped myself into conversations in front of my computer and tried to help a certain friend who apparantly didn't even appreciate it. I watched Flavor of Love and fell asleep on the couch with a book on my chest and an open highlighter in my hand (and soon on my face).
Knowing is half the battle? Fuck that. Knowing is 1/5 of the battle - the other 80% is flat out fighting tooth and nail with yourself, beating yourself into submission and buckling down to do everything you're supposed to.
And my grandmother is worried about my eating habits and whether I'm finding time to go to the gym?
