Wow - great stuff here, marmalade_girl! I can't believe I haven't read anything from you yet. This fic was perfect! I wish Grayson would deal a little more directly with Dick's reaction to the whole Tarantuala debaucle. What you've done here was masterful - a great way of dealing with Dick's troubled emotions (love that "She doesn't matter") line, and the way events in his life stack up to the way life used to be for him. And...yeah, his worry about Bruce's reaction run completely true. Great stuff, and if you can point me to more of your fic, I'd be grateful.

She pulled hard with her legs, tensing her muscles and gripping me, mimicking the way her hands pulled at my hair, and I closed my eyes, breathing in the sweat-and-vinyl scent of her.

I especially like your sensory descriptions.
