sheesh!), and now the real waiting begins.
But ALSO! I went to the Boston House of Blues concert on Saturday to see
the Carolina Chocolate Drops. They were AMAZING. I've been listening to
them on Spotify, but that kind of music really is best live. I don't
usually listen to a bunch of bluegrass/old timey music - unless it's the
live kind. The
we're-waiting-for-dinner-to-be-ready-so-we're-going-to-play-our-banjos-on-the-porch
kind. Or the
it's-a-beautiful-night-and-we-don't-want-to-go-to-bed-just-yet-so-let's-all-jam-for-awhile
kind.
That kind of music just feels good. I have amazing memories about that
kind of music. I MISS that kind of music. It's hard to find in Boston.
