a little something

Staring into your eyes from across the table, I couldn’t hear anything in the noisy restaurant. I was nervous, hell I was VERY nervous! With all the flirting, I wasn’t sure you’d like me in person. Not a very high self esteem I have and most people are high on looks. Here we were though, and neither had run away. We had been talking and while our eyes hadn’t really met longer than a few seconds at a time, this time our gazes held for quite some time. I smiled, you smiled and you mouthed lets get out of here and I nodded. We had already paid, so nothing stopped us from leaving the place. Out of the noise and out onto the street where it was somewhat quieter. I giggled softly as we hurried off in the night air. Unable to resist, you turned to me and kissed me. Our tongues meeting, I melted slowly as I pulled you closer to me. “This isn’t getting us anywhere” you groaned softly at me. I giggled again and whispered, “I know”

We finally found my truck and got in not knowing where we were going to go. You directed me to a parking lot adjacent to a park. I parked in a dark part of the parking lot and we pushed the seats down. Climbing into the back and grabbing the pillow and blanket, we started kissing again.
