Strange goings on
This year seemed to start off darkly... My mood and attitude were postivily bitchy and I wasn't an easy soul go to get along with... I've had 3 months of working really hard to control the snappisness that started last november...
I blame The Pill. Yes... I mean THAT pill. After being on it for 12 years, it was time to do away with it.... my body decided to do a major emotional/hormonal reset right before christmas. Dandy.... I managed to piss off and lose several of my realtor clients because of it, and hang on to others because I apologized profusely.
Unfortunately, this year in real estate has started off really slowly... after 10 weeks, the markets, and the agents, are finally getting busier and the complaining is reduced. I am slowly starting to get busier and have decided this might be the year I settle down with one or two 1/4 or 1/2 day clients instead of playing the random game I did when I started this business.
It takes Money to Make Money
I received two quotes for full colour flyers:
1) 48 cents each for 100 sheets, two flyers per page (on 11x17).
2) 1000 flyers: $425 (two sided).
Well.. the toss up is either: 12 cents per two-sided page on canary yellow, 200 copies and black and white (not nearly the fantastic response)
or
The ambiguous cost of printing them on canary yellow paper in colour from my printer at home. Colour cartridge: $25.00 each.
Cost wise plus distribution, limited to my Keller Williams office, or figure out how to mass produce enough to get out to 6 offices varying in staff from 50 people to upwards of 100 people or more...

I need clients... Do you know any realtors in Ottawa who need part time, on call kind of help??? Let me know!! I'll email or mail one of my brochures their way.
