Baby has been spewing so many new words lately it amazes me every day!
Today he said 'hide' and 'it's haaat" :) It's HOT - yes the tea is hot. He understands so much more! On halloween Rick taught him to say trick or treat - it more comes out as tick o teat and he says tan ooo "thank you" LOL too funny.
So of late I've been trying to figure out how to move my existing clients' way of thinking from time-based to value-based. I'm VERY stuck. I need to find time to deal with changing up my website, moving it to a self-managed server, and write up my service package offerings that will lead into moving away from "hourly" stuff. For example - this week I'm doing upwards of 12 hours of training with an new assistant. Instead of charging $25.00 per hour for that, I could be charging a flat $500 to completely train the assistant in all the programs. I could split the training time then over several days rather than lumping into an overwhelming 2 days to train this person on 8 different pieces of software, how to be a great real estate assistant.
My mind automatically leaps into the calculations of "how many hours can I limit that to."
I've been in touch with some virtual assistant coaches, read up some blogs and watch for interesting tips on my twitter feed; unfortunately unless I want to pay for a coach $400+ for 3 months of coaching, I'm not actually getting the information I need to do what I need to do.
