Please read up to the rest of my replies for some of this information. As for the rest of what you would like to know:
Most of what you are asking will have to be answered by coming to the office and wandering around. However, this is a customer service industry. What you write needs to be approved by the team leader, your job is with the team and dedicated to no one else. I don't work "for" the company - I run my own but have been hugely supported by the company. I can't supply much more of a job description than that you are an executive administrative assistant, bilingualism is not required, comfort with computers is a must - websites, software, language, communication skills. Schedule is fixed during discussion with your employer.
That office has you enclosed in an L shaped space with access to, but no actual windows. As for music and singing - music like radio set at a private/moderate level is OK, singing is up to you - with the door closed so as not to disturb folks (including me) down the hall.
As for pay scale, that is between you and who hires you but I'd estimate minimum $10.00 per hour but more based on experience (I can't speak for the person doing the hiring), and so far as I know, it is permanent.
I was doing the gentleman a favour by hoping to land him some employment leads. This position is not an easy one to fill because there are huge amounts of things (like industry specific language) to fill.
I enjoy working in real estate. I was a personal assistant once then expanded to someone who floats between agents who need my services. As in every business, there will be people I associate with who I dislike, and others who I ultimately enjoy working with. This team are friendly but A type personalities (like most realtors).
Not sure what else I could tell you.
Please take the employment information provided here as 'guesstimates'. I do NOT know anything certain other than the basics about the job and what it entails - after all, it is what I do myself. I can't quote payscale with any certainty, nor schedule and team policy.
