Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Having 2 parties today, one at work, one at my sister's. Cinco de Mayo is great because it's an excuse to have Mexican food. This is the first time I'll celebrated it. (I think it grows more popular every year.)
At work, I brought a Quesadilla Maker and everyone brought goodies to pop into the quesadillas. We have chill sauce and chips, and prickly pear sherbet. lol. Too fun.
Tonight is Chicken Tacos. It has been stewing all night. (But don't tell my sisters the chicken got "blackened" and set off the fire alarm 3 times! hehehehheheheh Oopsie!)
