end of the weekend.
spent more time out of my dorm this weekend than I have in a long time. you see, my aunt from San Diego gate-crashed her boyfriend's par-tay in boston so she paid me a visit, took my roommate and I out to sup with her man and his friends on saturday. old people, as in, too old to sleep with but not to joke about it with.
I'm trying to think of the most important things abt my aunt. she has a rakish scar under her left eye from a crazy car accident she survived a decade ago. she's a consultant at a good firm, incredibly good at networking, worldly, wise, and wicked good at making her bf feel good when she's making fun of him. i'm proud to have mutual DNA with her.
sunday, doctor_duriel took my roommate and I to RAMEN (i am verbing this noun OK) with his girlfriend and her roommate.
i am somewhat drowned with work and exam studies, some due soon, some due yesterday, the rest due later but requiring a headstart bc potatocouch is visiting next weekend and I need to show the troll a good time. there's an entrepreunership summit I kind of want to participate in on November 4 but I don't know if I can make it. we'll see.
my dreams have started incorporating more and more of real life into them. I like DST; it makes me tired early, but it gives me an extra hour to waste on that too.
the greatest disaster this week is that I've started listening to emo music.
