dear die-ary,
Today was fucking awesome. First potatocouch and I picked up our new glasses and they look neat. Afterward, we watched Batman Begins, which makes a lot of the usual mistakes but a couple new ones as well, and gets huge props for some of the regional photography that went on, and some memorable characters.
I am particularly fond of Dr. Crane, who was so unapologetically embarrassing but passionate as a villain that I, uh, smiled. Also, Bruce Wayne is fairly entertaining as a spoilt rich kid with one retarded phobia and a thing each for fast cars and slow women. He reminds me a lot of Anakin Skywalker, who I have yet to write about, though I'd promised. Actually I'll get some of that done now-- here's about 30% of why I enjoy Anakin Skywalker in Episode III:

Also recovered from allergies (!) and RPED (!!!!!!!!!!!!1111!11) with kofi and mettemuse a teeny tiny itty bitty bit, and met some relatives for lunch and dinner too. That was nice. 3 weddings this year, seems like we're going to hit our bliss quota early. Everyone's together for the wedding tomorrow. Bye-bye.
