Hm...
Well, as usual, I haven't updated in... way too long. SO, here goes.
Basically, all I do is work. I've been hired to play in a musical though, so that's kinda cool. It's some community theatre group over in Hollister with a bunch of mediocre musicians. We have yet to play with the cast but the musicians are frustrating to play with as they really don't know... well, how to play their instruments. I guess some of them do, but the vast majority just kind of limp along. The conductor is the most frustrating part of the rehearsals since he doesn't know the book. Grrr! Oh well, it's going to pay and be fun. I've only ever done one other show and it didn't pay but it was quite fun. I'm also hoping this will help me get some more work in the area.

My parents, Kyle and Chloe are going out of town for a little over a week. They leave Thursday 7/12 and I think they're coming back on Sat. 7/21, but I'm not sure. That'll be nice to have the house to myself, but I'll have to take care of the dogs. *sigh* That means I have to be up at like... dark-thirty in the morning (7-ish), and then I have to come home from work early to bring them in so they don't bark. Oh well.
I've been hired to house-sit for someone that I've dog-sat for in the past. Hopefully that'll pay well and it'll be kinda fun to have a different house to stay in for a little while.
