Man, looking for new apartments I found one thats within walking distance of all the cool things about 7th Ave. And within a bikes ride of work. 200 a month cheaper than what I'm payin now for the same size place, hell. For what I'm paying now I could have a 1200 sq. foot with 3 beds and 2.5 baths.
Almost makes me wanna cry how I've wasted all this money on this damned place over the last year. All that anguish for nothing, just because I didn't notice this place 11 months ago.
But fuck, at the same time, I'm almost free of it.
Now my only concern is, if I enlist I'm gonna have to break the lease on wherever I end up. And what the ramifications of breaking a lease are.
Ninja Edit: NM, I guess I'd have to pay an extra month or two worth of rent, but other than that I'd be fine.
