good times

today i had lunch with eric.  we had a couple of hours so we watched some SNL dvds.  i drove to my parents tonight and spent time with them and my nephews.  that was fun.  on my way home, i stopped by school (which is where i am now) and got my midterm grades.  i'm impressed.  i think i will actually get all A's and B's this semester.  i have 1 C+, but i can easily bring it up to at least a B since we can drop to quiz scores (i will drop my first 2 cuz i was just getting used to things).  tomorrow i have class and i don't know what else.  i've had a good day.  i talked to a couple of friends i hadn't talked to in a really long time yesterday.  1 is my cousin who is in a hardrock band and the other is one of my old bandmates who is in a new band now.  eric and i are going to my old bandmate's concert this friday.  before the show, we are going to dinner with my parents.  i'm not really nervous cuz i know they'll be nice.  eric might be nervous, though.  and saturday i am having a little halloween party.  nothing big... just watched a couple of scary movies with a few friends.  should be fun.  i haven't had everyone over much since school started.  we've all been busy.
