Anniversary...
27 years! 27 long years they have been together! In this day and age that just seems amazing to me.
To celebrate I thought I would cook up an awesome Chinese dinner for my folks. Nearly three hours later the fried rice, onigiri, sweet and sour chicken, and broccoli beef was finally done...
Next year they get mac and cheese... If I'm feeling generous...
It was a lot of fun, but my word was it ever so much work! But at least it got me excited to improve my cooking skills.
