Wow what a weekend. Like 14 hours of sleep in 4 days it is awesome. Friday, went to lesson then arranging. Dr Bruner was like clear your desk we were like ahhh, then she said "april fools" huray now quiz on friday. Then Dan Mandi and I left for Tucson (we were dropping dan off at home for a jazz thing he had to do) I drove down. After we dropped him off we got into an accident going S on I17 at about the Thomas exit. Some guy in a big 94 Ford truck rear ended us. He was nice and all, but it was definately an eye opener. I was trippen for a little bit. Then I drove most of the rest of the way to tucson too.
Convention was awesome! Normal convention, with lack of sleep, fun at banquet where you are so hungry you will eat the food but it doesn't taste all that hot. Committee drama yay people telling the slate or just being immature about the whole situation. Gah. Poor Dawn Farmer, but I heart her. Then on Sunday meetings ended and at about 2 we left for the drive back up to Flag. We didn't get home till after 10. Yay for traffic,like 2 miles in half an hour, and we needed to get out and walk around a few times, and our loverly dinner when the waitress ignored us enough that we walked out and went someplace instead. Then we had to stop at A & W on the way up and get rootbeer floats and i'm sure the people hated us in there, from mandi not having shoes on. Dan and I almost carrying her in, and the platypus and panda stories (don't ask!) Then dan proceeds to blow bubbles into his float. I thought mandi was the one taking the drugs? We had good fun. Yesterday was alright, took care of mandi on sunday evening, stayed there, helped her to class, then when I met her outside right before arranging she was almost crying it hurt so bad. Yay for stupid hospital in tucson, giving her drugs but not taking xrays and not taking medical information until she was leaving. So I was going to take her to the hospital, but ms jones wouldn't let me miss class, she is my best friend, I was driving the car when it happened, and I have been taking care of her since the beginning, don't tell me I can't help her, that's bullsit! But Doug ended up taking her to flagstaff medical center, and after symphonic band I had nic drive me over there. yay for a 4 and a half hour hospital visit that said her has severe muscle strain, so she didn't go to class today, silly girl went to work tho cuz she wanted to see the family.
I'm hungry, I don't know if my back is worse than normally or not. I have always had a tense back, and it is sore today, even after the massage from Sean. Ted owes me one, need to ask him later. I don't want to go to collegiate band and play TUBA, I hope it doesn't make it worse. I am hyper, and completely awake at the same time that I am exhausted, since I didn't get much sleep last nite either. yay
I got to talk to mimi twice today. Mimi luckily didn't freak out when i told her about the accident today and like my spring break stories. Marisa is taking me to Maroon5 for my b'day on June 12, and christi and mimi are going to. Tyson gave me a cyber hug last night and I needed that(well at least to hear from him, so that was good...) It involved a picture of him smiling, hugging a teddy bear and pretending it was him.
