Public Service Announcement
Hey all. I know it has been a freakishly long time since I last updated, but I’m lazy and can’t quite find the time to do it. I’m thinking of maybe retiring my LJ soon, what do you think? Well, it has been almost a month since the last update, and there is something very important that has happened in the meantime. Now, I know some of you are probably gonna say to yourselves, “who called it?” when I say it, and some of you may be very shocked to find out. But I think it is important to make a public announcement because it is very important to me. *sigh*. Here we go. As of last weekend, I officially have….gained 5 pounds! I know! It’s horrible! And I can’t stop it. I have a serious problem and I don’t know what to do. My problem is… Hi, my name is Chris, and it’s been about 2 hours since my last cookie… *scattered hesitant applause*… I don’t know why but I have a newfound obsession with cookies. Any type of cookie will do. Cheryl’s are of course the best. My friends practically have to blindfold me and tie my hands behind my back when coming out of the movie theater because the Cheryl’s Cookies is right by the exit. But a couple weeks ago, when I went home for the weekend, I went to Easton with my friend and I literally had more than 4 different types of cookies. In one afternoon! First I had a Cheryl’s cookie when we came out of the theater. Then, we walk downstairs to walk around for a bit, and who should have a booth selling my favorite thing in the world but the Girl Scouts. So of course I HAD to buy me some of them Thin Mints because they are SO good. And so addicting. I downed the box that same day! But then, as we are outside walking around, we decide to go into Starbuck’s for some warmth. And what do you think I do? Buy a huge cookie, of course. And THEN…. When I get home, I had another cookie which was really good, but had some sort of minty icing on it, which I admit was a little strange, but somehow good. And I’m not one for minty stuff. Which is why I like Bubblemint gum!!! Cuz it’s the best and stupid spearmint and original are GROSS! But anyway, omg, I just looked out the window and there’s a blizzard outside! Uh oh… it’s coming… no… not again….…. I CAN’T HEAR YOU…. I SAID BRR *clap clap*, IT’S COLD IN HERE *clap clap*, THERE MUST BE A BLIZZARD IN THE ATMOSPHERE… okay, I’m done. Whew.
