So, bonfire night at Burkely's was a blast. We had this massive snow ball fight in the woods that we dubbed Viking Assault. It was the perfect night too. She lives close enough to town that the light from Indiana caught on the low clouds, giving us just enough light to run around.
It just felt mystical. I love the woods especially on a well lit night. Everything just felt ancient and magical. *hopes she doesn't sound like a total dork*. And not to mention, it's been ages since I've had a proper snow ball fight. They're kind of lame when you only have your sister to fight against.
Thursday went off without a hitch. We had my Grandparents up at our house for dinner. Even though it sounds like a lot, they just live next door XD. Still, it's nice to get together with them. We also got to introduce them to our kittens. They loved them. And two even fell asleep on my Grandpa's lap ^__^
The rest of the week was quite boring. I really don't want to go back to work and classes tomorrow, but it has to happen. I only have a week of classes before Finals, (none of which are cumulative thank god), and then I get a whole BLOODY MONTH of no classes for Christmas. I may only work 3 days of the week too. I'm totally stoked.
My Mum got the e-mail on Friday that my Metalocalypse season 2 DVD's shipped on Friday. I'll get them either tomorrow or Monday. I can barely freaking contain myself. GAH!
