On The Anonymous Commentor
It always leaves me a bit puzzled if not upset when I find myself with an anonymous comment. Especially when that comment is a negative one.
The comment was in regard to a post that I put up a little while ago. In the post, which which poorly written, I expressed disdain for people who say, when asked what type of music they listen to, everything.
My problem with this was that when they say everything, they really don't mean everything. If exposed to the vast array of music available, they really would not like most of it. I realize that this is true of everyone, but my problem is with the limited conception of what everything is, held by the people that I am referring to.
The anonymous commentor called me a closed minded ass hole who doesn't give anything a chance and immediately knocks everything. I don't understand this response or the necessity behing making is so long after the post was put up.
It seems to me like somebody cares way too much. This is not a serious thing. It seems silly to me, and hopefully at some point the anonymous commentor will see that. But since the comment was addressed directly at me, I felt that I needed to address it back.
